Our certified delivery & assembly experts will deliver the furniture to your home, and, if you select in-home delivery/assembly at checkout, they will also transport the furniture to your selected room(s) and/or professionally assemble it and dispose of the packaging afterwards so you can enjoy your new furniture without worrying about installation instructions or cleaning up.

Average delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks, but this may vary depending on availability of products. Please call us if you need the ETA for your order or to arrange a delivery time.
For deliveries to locations further than 600 miles, the fee will depend on the size of your order. Please call or text us at 910-867-9976 to arrange it.
Delivery distance is calculated from our warehouse at 1983 Skibo Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314.
Regular delivery hours for Fayetteville Furniture Gallery are between 10am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday. Any requests outside of these standard hours may incur extra charges.
An adult is required to be present to receive and sign for your new furniture upon delivery.
From the moment your furniture leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your home, our delivery service is fully insured.
At the time of delivery, it is crucial to inspect all items for any damages. Any damages must be documented on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
Delivery insurance will only cover issues listed on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Fayetteville Furniture Gallery and the shipping carrier will not be held responsible for any problems not properly noted.
Regardless of any damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect items, all items on the order must be accepted and signed for, unless otherwise instructed by Fayetteville Furniture Gallery. Fayetteville Furniture Gallery will address the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as deemed appropriate.
Please ensure you take photographs of any observed damages to serve as evidence.
Prior to delivery, protect your floors and walls, as Fayetteville Furniture Gallery and the carrier cannot be held responsible for any damage to your personal property.
If a delivery appointment is missed, you may be subject to a delivery attempt fee, estimated at $0.75* per pound.
To reschedule your delivery, please inform us at least two days before the planned delivery date to avoid a rescheduling fee.
On the day of delivery, ensure that the designated area is clear and ready for the delivery. Our delivery team is unable to remove old furniture.
