We are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund within this period, provided the item remains in its original condition and packaging.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be returned.
  • Items must not be assembled or altered in any way.

Fees and Deductions:

Returns and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee and applicable return shipping fees. Here are some scenarios where return shipping costs may apply:

  • If you request Fayetteville Furniture Gallery to collect the return from your address.
  • If delivery is refused without prior approval.
  • If the delivery address provided is invalid.
  • If an item doesn't fit into your space due to incorrect measurements.

Additionally, if only part of an order is returned, any package discounts will be voided, and the refund will reflect this adjustment.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Special Order."
  • Assembled items, unless a written exception is provided.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and a return shipping fee.

If part of an order with a package discount is canceled, the discount will be forfeited, and the refund adjusted accordingly.

Should backordered products be part of your order, and you choose to wait for their availability, the order will be considered a "special order" and cannot be canceled.
